Founded by Prue Leith in 1972, Leith’s is now represented by Lime Venue Portfolio, part of the Compass Group UK & Ireland. Their menus are still based on Prue Leith's original philosophy of simplicity and quality and combine only the best ingredients to create imaginative, flexible menus for all types of events.

Leith’s have been the contracted caterer for the ORNC since 2002 and over the years have delivered many prestigious events. The dedicated team at the ORNC ensures that guests are offered an incomparable experience and full event management, whether this is a stately banquet, an informal drinks reception, conference or a wedding.
