Our schools programme

We use the inspiring history, geography and architecture of the Old Royal Naval College (ORNC) and surrounding area to offer a range of creative place and time based learning opportunities from Foundation Stage to Key Stage 5.

The amazing buildings and rich history of one of London’s most famous riverside landmarks offer great opportunities for creative learning across the curriculum.

The wonderful spaces of the ORNC, which sits in the heart of the Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site, include the Discover Greenwich Visitor Centre, a permanent exhibition that tells the story of Greenwich, and two unique historic interiors: the Painted Hall and Chapel.

Our interactive, hands on sessions can be tailored to meet the needs of your class and are free of charge. Facilitated workshops and accompanying trails encourage creative response from students.
