Mulled Wine & Mince Pie Reception

Meet family and friends in the Queen Mary Undercroft for a glass of Mulled Wine and a Mince Pie before taking your seats for the Christmas Concert.  Unreserved seating.

Tickets: £30 per person

Christmas Champagne Reception & Supper

This year’s supper will take place in part of the oldest collection of buildings on site, the Admirals House.  Before taking your reserved seats for the concert, relax and enjoy expertly prepared canapés and champagne.  Following the concert, you can enjoy a delicious two-course supper and a glass of wine in the elegant Wren Room or the regal Hardwick Room upstairs in the Admirals House.

Tickets: £70 per person.

The Christmas Champagne Reception & Supper
Venue: The Admirals House, Old Royal Naval College

Main Course
Guinea Fowl wrapped in Bacon, Cider Honey Sauce with Poached Onions, Brussel Sprouts, Chantenay Carrots and Roasted Parsnips with a Pressed Potato and Chestnut Terrine.

Vegetarian Main Course
Sweet Potato, Puy Lentils and Red Leicester Wellington, Tarragon cream sauce, Brussel Sprouts, Chantenay Carrots and Roasted Parsnips with a Pressed Potato and Chestnut Terrine.

Chocolate Marquise with Caramelised Kumquats, Macadamia Nuts and Orange Sorbet.

Enjoy a glass of wine or a soft drink per person with your dinner. A pre-concert pay bar will be available in the Queen Mary Undercroft from 18.00, where you can also pre-order wine for your dinner. There will also be a pay-bar in the Admirals House for purchasing additional drinks during your meal.

Tickets and seating plans
If you request a ticket online, please print off a copy and present it to a member of staff at the Chapel. Reserved seating in the Chapel is only available with the Champagne Reception & Supper tickets.  All other seating is unreserved.

If you are attending the supper as part of a group, please inform us of your party name by Friday 2 December and we will endeavour to ensure that you are placed at the same table in the Admirals House.

Bookings for the Champagne & Supper Reception will close on Friday 2 December. Tickets for the Mulled Wine and Mince Pie Reception will be available to purchase until Saturday 10 December.

Arrival details and timings
A pre-bar will be open from 18.00 in the Queen Mary Undercroft located beneath the Chapel. Doors to the Chapel open at 18.45 and the concert starts at 19.00 with no interval. The supper in the Admirals House begins at approx. 20.30 and finishes at 22.30.

Special requirements
Due to the historic nature of our site, the Chapel and Admirals House do not have step-free access. The Upper floors of the Admirals House are not wheelchair accessible but if you or a member of your party require disabled access into the Chapel, please let us know by Friday 2 December and a member of our team can take you through the details. Dietary requirements
A vegetarian option will be available for the supper in the Admirals House. Please advise when booking online or via the phone by Friday 2 December if any of your party has dietary requirements.
