The Chapel doors open at approximately 7pm. The Queen Mary Undercroft will be open for pre-concert drinks at 6pm. You can also order drinks for the interval from the bar. 

Concert starts approximately at 7.30pm, and there will be a 20 minute interval with the concert concluding at apx 10:15pm

There are a few steps up to and into the Chapel. Access to the galleries is via a spiral staircase and tickets holders must be able to ascend and descend the stairs by themselves in case of an emergency. If in doubt please call 020 8269 4799 to discuss your access needs.
