The dinner will take place in the stunning, award winning Painted Hall and promises a rich blend of naval tradition and culture.

The evening includes a drink on arrival in the Queen Mary Undercroft followed by a four-course meal including the parade of the Baron of Beef, chocolate ships-of-the-line, the loyal and immortal memory toasts, and the sunset ceremony.

If you request a ticket online please print off a copy and present it to a member of staff at the entrance to the Queen Mary Undercroft. 

Arrival details and timings
The evening starts with a drink reception in the Queen Mary Undercroft located beneath the Chapel. Doors to the Queen Mary Undercroft open at 19.00 and guests will be asked to proceed to dinner in the Painted Hall at 19.30. The evening finishes approx. at 23.00.

Special requirements
Due to the historic nature of our site, only the Lower Hall of the Painted Hall is accessible to wheelchair users. If you or a member of your party requires disabled access, please let us know by and a member of our team can take you through the details.

Dietary requirements
A vegetarian option will be available for the supper in the Painted Hall. Please advise when booking online or via the phone if any of your party has dietary requirements.

Parking availability on site is limited and requires booking in advance. If you would like to reserve a parking space please let us know. We will require your name and car registration details.

We are able to provide refunds until 14 days prior to the start of the event. A cancellation charge of 20% of the full ticket price applies for all events
