Are you looking to gain experience, develop new skills, meet hundreds of people on a daily basis, and embrace the magnificent architecture and beautiful grounds of the Old Royal Naval College? Then volunteering with us could be a great opportunity for you!

The ORNC is under the care of the Greenwich Foundation, whose aim is to conserve Wren’s buildings and the grounds for future generations. The Old Royal Naval College is now embarking on the next stage of its ambitious plans to restore the Painted Hall to its former glory. Over the next three years we plan to conserve the remaining 3,700 m2 of Thornhill’s masterpiece.  As a volunteer you could be a part of this exciting project and be part of the big picture!

Depending on what you want to gain from your volunteering experience and what skills you hold you’ll have the opportunity to support the charity in many different departments ranging from front of house in the Painted Hall or back of house supporting the likes of the communications department – the choice is yours…
