The Old Royal Naval College is delighted to be supporting the Royal Borough Greenwich’s initiative to celebrate Pride Month through the creation of Pride Crossings across Greenwich Town Centre, Woolwich and Plumstead.

The Greenwich crossing is located on College Approach, where the colourful rainbow stripes were painted over the weekend opposite the West Gates, the main entrance to our site.

You can also find the other Pride Crossings on Thomas Street and Wellington Street Junction in Woolwich and Plumstead station. Don’t wait too long though, the rainbow crossings are due to be removed shortly after London Pride Parade on 6 July 2019.

What’s more, those who have visited us this month will have noticed our standard flags have been replaced to proudly fly the rainbow flag along with our neighbours, University of Greenwich and Trinity Laban.
