The Head of Strategy and External Affairs is being recruited to further develop and embed our new organisational strategy, manage our key external stakeholder relations and build an ongoing business planning and monitoring process throughout the organisation. S/he will engage with senior management across the Foundation to ensure that our strategic goals are reflected in our decision making, our arts, culture, events and marketing narratives and that our media, public affairs and stakeholder engagement is consistent, confident and visibly links to our wider strategic ambitions.
This is a key role within the Old Royal Naval College leadership, which reports directly to the Chief Executive. S/he will provide strategic support to the CEO and the Executive Directors Team, as well as the Board, helping to set priorities and support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be dynamic, ambitious and inspired to shape and develop the organisation’s strategic planning and impact evaluation processes, through a period of exciting transformation.
