If you'd like to see your public event hosted amongst the historic splendour and spectacle of the Old Royal Naval College, we'd be delighted to hear from you. Please complete an Event Application Form outlining your requirements, with as much detail as possible.

On a site with such rich history and varied mixed uses, care is required when hosting, to ensure that both the archaeology of the site and the activities of our tenants and neighbours face minimal disruption. We will assess the nature of your event, its potential for public engagement, impact on the ORNC site and its users, date availability, event management and health and safety logistics, and advise you of any concerns. We will also arrange a site visit and discussion with our estates and faciities team to ensure the vision for your event can be fully realised, before agreeing your booking.

To allow time for all relevant event planning, legislation, licensing and staffing, we kindly request that you book at least 3 months in advance of a small-scale event and 6 months before a large event at the ORNC.
