Yes! The ORNC is open daily and is the home of three unique and free to visit attractions; the Painted Hall, the Chapel, and the Visitor Centre. Is the concert under cover?No, this is an open air concert. Please wear appropriate clothing. Please note that umbrellas will not be permitted. Is the concert seated ?Yes. Greenwich Music Time is a fully seated show. Seats will be allocated upon booking. What time does the show start?Gates will open at 6:00pm and entertainment will begin at approximately 7:00pm, apart from Jamie Cullum on Sunday 10th July when the gates will open at 4:00pm with entertainment starting from 4:30pm. What are the options for disabled tickets?For any enquiries relating to Disabled Bookings please call Gillian Lee 01772 690 712.There are two options for booking disabled tickets. If you require a wheel chair space within the designated wheelchair area please book Wheelchair Space + Free Carer. If you have a blue badge, or require a disabled ticket but are not wheelchair bound, then please book Disabled (Non-Wheelchair Space) + Free Carer. The promoters reserve the right to check for proof of eligibility. Is there a dedicated Wheelchair Area? Yes, a dedicated wheelchair area is available on all days, however, space is limited so early booking is essential. A free carer ticket is given with every purchased disabled ticket. Will there be support acts?Yes, please visit the individual events pages to find out the full line-up in due course. Will food and drink be available in the venue?Yes, there will be cash bars serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. There will be food stalls on site. Can I bring a camera? Any cameras that are deemed as "Professional" will be confiscated until the end of the concert. Allowed:Non-Professional Recording Equipment (Point & Shoot Cameras, Flip Video Cameras, etc.)Not Allowed:Professional Recording (Photo, Video, Audio) Equipment (NO Detachable Zoom Lense, Tripods or Other Commerical Equipment) Can I bring an umbrella?Unfortunately umbrellas are not permitted as they obscure the view for others. Can I bring a picnic?Picnics may not be taken into the arena but can be taken onto the grounds of the ORNC surrounding the Visitor Centre. Can I park my car on-site?There is no parking on-site. Please use public transport. The nearest stations are Cutty Sark DLR, Greenwich rail station and you can also arrive by river alighting at Greenwich Pier. Bus services to Greenwich include 129, 177, 180, 188, 199, 286, 386. There's a number of car parks in Greenwich take a look. How do I get there? Address: Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich, London SE10 9NN. Entrance Via the West Gate. Once you get to the West Gate of the Old Royal Naval College (next to the Cutty Sark) the event arena gate is a straight walk ahead approximately 150 meters walk. TRAIN: The nearest train stations is CUTTY SARK on the DLR. The Old Royal Naval College is a short walk from the Cutty Sark Station approximately 1 minute. BUS: For bus routes please use this linkhttp://www.nationalrail.co.uk/posters/GNW.pdf Arrive early to enjoy the atmosphere & miss the inevitable stress of travelling during rush hour. Make sure you have booked your accommodation before it’s too late. Allow plenty of time for your journey if you are using public transport. Is there a dress code in the VIP Painted Hall? There is no ‘Dress Code’ per say. Each guest or party can dress as they prefer, we do not have dress restrictions in place. As a guideline, in general, dress for our outdoor events is very mixed ranging from formal attire to very casual. However, when selecting your event dress, please consider changeable weather conditions and temperatures as the seating for the show is outdoors. Do VIP customers have access to the indoor toilet facilities?Yes, the Painted Hall will remain open during the concert for VIP customers to use the toilet facilities. Do VIP bars stay open for purchases throughout the concert?Yes, the Painted Hall will remain open for VIP use only, this includes the bars. I require a wheelchair, is there access available to the VIP Painted Hall?Yes, the Painted Hall has its own VIP and wheelchair lift. Please let us know of your requirements before the concert. Please call 01772 690 712 and ask for Deni Will my party be sitting with other guests in VIP, whilst dining?Yes, due to the wonderful, historical nature of the Painted Hall and the original Naval Tables being in situ, your party will be sat on tables of 16, 18 or 22. Are there screens in the VIP Painted Hall?Yes, there will be screens which will display the concert live. Is there VIP parking available?Unfortunately, parking facilities are not available.
