Upper and Lower Grand Squares

Place your event at the historic heart of the Greenwich World Heritage Site. Lying between the famous twin domes of the Old Royal Naval College, the Upper and Lower Grand Squares offer glorious views of the Thames and London in one direction, and Greenwich Park and the Royal Observatory in the other. Comprised of paved and lawn areas, they present an unrivalled back-drop for the most memorable festivals, events and filming.

King William and King Charles Lawns

Running alongside the King William and King Charles buildings and bordered at one end by the Thames, the King Charles and King William Lawns are attractive, mid-sized outdoor spaces, each divided into four quadrants with a central fountain topped by the distinctive College lantern.

Pepys Lawn, Monument Gardens and Chapel Garden

Smaller-sized, off-shoot spaces suited to intimate outdoor events of 300-600 people, or as a base for activities in the wider area. Pepys Lawn offers access to the Old Brewery and the Visitor Centre, whilst Monument Gardens overlooks the iconic Cutty Sark and the Thames River Walk.

With detailed baroque ceilings and the site's distinctive outdoor lanterns, these make exceptionally beautiful open air spaces.
