Term:                         Permanent, 2 or 3 days/week

Salary:                       c. £27,000 pa, pro rata, plus benefits

Working Hours:      Full time job share, Monday-Tuesday / Monday-Wednesday, 09.00 to 17.00.  The post holder will be required to be available for occasional weekend, bank holiday and evening working.

The Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich is looking for a dedicated and creative part time Learning Producer to join our small and friendly Learning and Community team as a job share. Our schools programme uses the inspiring, art, architecture and history of the site in a range of creative and curriculum-linked workshops and projects for Foundation Stage to Key Stage 5.  Expertise and experience with secondary school groups would be a particular advantage. 

The successful candidate will work alongside the current Learning Producer and our team of freelancers to develop, deliver and evaluate our schools programme. With experience of curriculum-linked learning in a museum or heritage venue, you will ensure that we meet the needs of our learners, and provide inclusive and accessible learning opportunities for school groups visiting the Old Royal Naval College.  You will have excellent understanding of high quality out of classroom learning and how to translate this into outstanding experiences for pupils and teachers.

The Old Royal Naval College takes the provision of a safe environment for children and vulnerable adults extremely seriously, and knowledge and understanding of best practice and legislation around safeguarding is essential.
