Each year we welcomed about 5,500 pupils and teachers for facilitated workshops and self-guided visits. We also have around 4,000 children and adults participating in our family events.

The learning team need help with supporting school groups during their visit and ensuring that they have an informative, safe and highly enjoyable experience, helping with the preparation of workshop resources and supporting family activities. The learning volunteer will play a key role in helping with the smooth running of our learning programme We are seeking help from volunteers who are passionate about museum and heritage education, and keen to gain hands-on experience in a heritage learning environment.
