Your visit Shop Terms and conditions The prices shown for the goods include VAT and exclude postage and packing. All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering. Please note that the Loyalty and ORNC Angels schemes are for in store use only and cannot be used for online shop purchases. The supply of goods from our Online Shop is subject to availability, and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. If the item is not available and not likely to come back into stock in a reasonable time we will cancel that item from your order and you will be refunded the cost of it. While every attempt is made to ensure the description, specification, colour and price shown on our website are accurate; there may be occasions when the information shown is incorrect. If we find that this has happened in the course of processing a customer order we will contact you with the correct price and information so you can inform us whether you wish to proceed with the order. The ORNC want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with any item or if it has been damaged in transit, or becomes faulty, please return it in its original packaging and with your order documents to: Shop at the ORNC Greenwich Trading Company Ltd Foundation House 2 Cutty Sark Gardens London SE10 9LW If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. Otherwise, if there has been no error on our part, under our returns policy we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or returning the product. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000 provides the right to cancel an order within 7 working days beginning the day after the goods have been received. Cancellations must be done by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, with their original packaging and stating a reason for the return. If you wish to change or cancel your order before it has been despatched please notify us by email to email@example.com. We will refund the entire purchase including the Postage and Packaging Fee, providing the order has not been despatched. We will retain your email and postal address details but these will not be used by a third party. Sage Pay is a secure platform used by our shop for processing your online payments. Information entered is fully encrypted and the system is audited by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. We recommend that you do not send personal or financial details to us via email. Delivery information Standard postage rates: UK: £4.50 per order If you order more than one item, you may receive them in separate parcels. Orders sent to more than one address will require a delivery charge of £4.50 for each address. We regret we are currently unable to deliver to countries outside the UK. All orders are usually sent by standard first class mail, if we do need to use another postal or courier service we will include this information in your email confirmation once you have made your order. We make every effort to despatch goods within five working days, although from time to time this is not possible (i.e. in the event that an item proves to be very popular due to media coverage, or during busy periods like Christmas and stock take.)
